Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Human Resources to lead & build the HR department. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of human resources, from talent acquisition to employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and fostering a positive work environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals
- Lead and manage the HR team to deliver high-quality services
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development programs
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including workers' compensation and payroll
- Implement HRIS systems to streamline processes and enhance data management
- Drive human capital management initiatives to optimize workforce performance
- Lead change management efforts to support organizational growth and development
- Design organizational structures to support business objectives
- Implement process improvements to enhance HR efficiency
- Develop and execute succession planning strategies
**Skills:**
