Job Description:
- Facilitate Agile Process knowledge to all team members
- Train the team on each specific process step through the project life
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team, including taking initiative, providing regular updates on your work, seeking and providing support as required
- Identify project risks
- Demonstrated functional and conceptual understanding of technical matters, as well as the proven ability to quickly learn new business domains and technical applications
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, including demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver technical and business reports and proposals
- Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging and informative presentations and training to a variety of audiences
- Address team questions.
- Identify and diagnose process issues.
- Cultivate an agile mindset in all team members.
- Accountable for facilitating sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions, as well as helping to ensure that the development team clearly understands user stories.
- Communicate with business stakeholders and agile delivery teams to ensure everyone is aligned and working towards the same goal
