Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic software developer to join our software design team. You will report directly to the development manager and assist with all functions of software coding and design. The qualified candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science and equivalent work experience. This will include re-platforming the user experience; building interactive data visualizations; and implementing customer-facing web-app features. As a team that serves both employers and internal users with actionable insights, we value analytically minded developers who can learn quickly, develop iteratively, and collaborate.
Ultimately, a top-class Software Developer that provides valuable support to the design team while continually improving their coding and design skills. You should have a good working knowledge of basic programming languages, the ability to learn new technology quickly, and the ability to work in a team environment for both front-end and back-end applications.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
Computer Science degree, CIS/MIS degree, or equivalent years of experience.
Dependability and Reliability, Creativity and Innovation, Critical Thinking.
Ability to analyze data and communicate ideas clearly.
You can learn existing code quickly, debug and build new features on top.
Swift/XCode – We are an iOS and MacOS only company.
Have extensive experience developing and delivering high quality software on macOS
JS, HTML, desired – be able to develop web-based code.
Non-Sql database experience - We will be working with a NON-SQL database, Docker.
NetSuite or other ERP experience
Software development experience (e.g., JavaScript, DB, Python, RESTful APIs, Suite Flow, Suite Builder, Suite Bundler)
Experience with data analysis tools and with building reports and dashboards
building new custom software, enhancements, bug fixes, or consulting.
Work on a scrum team contributing new code and reviewing pull requests on a large-scale software project.
Develop new applications and features using industry standard best practices.
Meet with clients to help craft technology solutions that meet their business needs and estimate the effort required to deliver.
Collaborate with other software developers on an agile development team.
Provide code feedback to other developers through pull request reviews.
Perform any other tasks or functions deemed necessary to the daily operations of the employer.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science and equivalent work experience.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Education/ Experience: -A Bachelor’s degree, knowledge of MS Office and MacOS.
Communication Skills: -Ability of reading comprehension, writing, speaking to others to convey information effectively, active listening and interpreting instructional documents.
Reasoning Skills: -Must be able to analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures to define the problem or objective. Identify relevant concerns or factors, patterns, tendencies, and relationships. Formulate logical and objective conclusions and recognize alternative and their implications.
Physical Demands: -This position involves regular walking, standing, sitting for extended periods of time, hearing, and talking. -May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching. May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment, and viewing computer monitor for extended periods of time. -Involves manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment. Work Hours: -Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm + 2 Saturdays, per month. Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and company need.
