Position:
We are seeking a driven Sales Manager to spearhead the expansion of our sales team. This role will primarily involve building, and managing a team of cold callers, with compensation primarily based on commission and preformance pay.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of cold callers to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance, coaching, and motivation to ensure success.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Compensation:
- Commission-Based: Earn bonuses for every cold caller hired, and a percentage from their sales results.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or cold calling, with a track record of achieving targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a strong sense of accountability and a proactive mindset.
