MacArthur’s Riverview Restaurant Manager
Job Description:
MacArthur's Riverview Restaurant Manager oversees all aspects of dining services for our fine dining restaurant. This position will manage, hire, train and coach restaurant staff to meet the fine dining service quality standards for our guests. This position will also lead as example by exemplifying our standards and ensuring all dining guest expectations are met and exceeded, by creating an excellent dining experience and atmosphere. We are looking for an individual who is a skilled leader in addition to a member of the restaurant team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensuring timeliness and quality of service.
- Training staff to follow restaurant procedures.
- Maintaining safety and food quality standards.
- Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy.
- Keeping customers happy and handling complaints.
- Organizing schedules.
- Keeping track of employees’ hours.
- Recording payroll data.
- Supervising day by day shift operations.
- Ensuring EOD revenue and payouts accounted for.
- Responsible for staff performance reviews.
- Interacting with guests to get feedback on both quality of food and service.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum three years fine dining restaurant management experience.
- Excellent customer service skills and 100% guest satisfaction focused.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to make sound decisions with minimal supervision/information given.
- Must be detail oriented and have excellent follow-through.

Pay: $57,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
