Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression for visitors and handling various clerical tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Coordinate projects and assist with administrative duties as needed
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Utilize Agency Management System and other office software for daily tasks
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
- Cash Handling & Payment - Balance Deposits at end of Day
- Type correspondence, reports, and other documents accurately
Experience:
- Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with insurance procedures is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
