Noble House Hotels and Resorts owns, manages, or operates a portfolio of 20+ luxury, independent hotels and resorts around the country, Canada and Mexico. We are seeking a Reservations Sales Specialist for our Central Reservations Team.

Please note: The schedule for this role will be: 11:30am to 8:00pm PST and will include weekend shifts.

Requirements:
What you will do:

Answer in-bound sales calls for luxury brand hotels and resorts across the U.S.

Respond to inquiries ensuring all guest needs are identified and options are proactively suggested

Ensure reservation and guest details are correctly entered into Property Management Systems

Promote seasonal packages and current promotions to our guests

Complete other administrative duties for the Reservations Department
To be successful as a Reservations Sales Specialist, you will need:

Previous reservations sales experience is preferred
-
Previous luxury hotel experience or customer service experience is preferred.

Sales focused with an ability to genuinely connect with customers.

Desire to learn and grown within the hotel and/or tourism industry.

Possess a friendly, energized and outgoing personality

Ability to work independently within a fast paced environment.

Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to multi-task

Must be very detailed oriented and have a professional demeanor

Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
