We are a courier company that contracts to pickup and deliver packages all year round.

Hours/Week: 36-48 average

Delivery driving experience is preferred not required.
Job entails of starting in the facility where vehicles are parked and organize truck in most efficient way for later delivery purposes. Driver must communicate with management of any changes needed to complete route. Throughout the dispatching process driver needs to inspect packages for damage and communicate with management of any issues. Management may come around in the morning and ask for certain information on packages, driver is to recall with best memory of where package placement was left. Before dispatching driver must execute pretrip and note any defects to management. Driver when delivering will be tasked with ensuring all delivered packages are recorded via our handheld device for tracking purposes. There are some packages that require signatures via directly or indirectly and driver must also obtain signatures via the handheld device.
- Tasks
Listen to and resolve customer's complaints regarding products or services.
Clean and organize vehicle between shifts Conduct pre/post trips and notate defects Log hours using handheld device
Answer to all Disputes/Complaints and take immediate action to rectify

Complete pickups within their time-window Deliver and record all packages within the given timeframe.

The employee is lifting and carrying packages from the truck to either dolly and placing at front door or place where instructed to via scanner or person of household. All packages do have a weight limit of no greater than150lbs.
