Location: Home Office, Chicago
Reports to: Senior Brand Manager
Position Summary:
Puttshack is looking for a fun, super organized go-getter that will be a key player and decision maker on our marketing team. This is a hybrid hole - requiring in-office attendance 3 days a week. The Brand Manager will have a key focus on creative project management, implementation of campaigns, promotional vendor relations, content production support and local marketing support for venues. The ideal candidate will excel in orchestrating collaborative efforts, ensuring seamless communication, and have experience and skill in project managing creative campaigns.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Brand Management:

Partner with Brand Marketing Team on the oversight of brand strategy, budget & annual marketing calendar

Collaboratively support the creation of programs and campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion

Track results and build reporting documentation for campaigns and programs
- Support the coordination and management of promotional product vendor

Content production planning and execution support
-
In partnership with Brand Marketing Manager and Operations, lead the development of Standard Operating Procedures

Uphold brand standards and function as a brand champion for organization
- Other projects or duties as assigned.
Venue Support:

Manage adaption, informing of, and execution of brand marketing campaigns & programs in venues
- Support Sr. Brand Manager in management of promotional product vendor and inventory for venues

Support the onboarding and training of marketing champions in each new venue, establishing and growing relationships with necessary venue associates
- Lead PR efforts for local venues with national partner

Brief and project manage creative requests to support Operations dept and venue needs
Project Management:

Creative Campaign Project Management

Required Skills and Experience:
-
5+ years of experience in a marketing role
-
BS degree in Marketing or relevant field

Ability to travel domestically to assist with venue support, content shoots and program roll out (15%)

Ability to be in office (River North) 3 days per week

Creative lens and ability to brief in creative projects

Organized with great project management & problem-solving skills
- Building and maintaining strong cross functional relationships

This position must pass a post-offer background check
Preferred Skills and Experience:
-
Experience within Food & Beverage industry or entertainment venues a plus
-
Experience working with Multi-Unit venues is a plus
Physical Requirements:

Work environment-the marketing team works in the office 3 days of the week. The team operates at a fast pace, with an always willing to help mentality.
