Hapa Sushi is seeking an assistant kitchen manager. The assistant kitchen manager is responsible for conducting the daily activities of the kitchen as well as overseeing food operations. Responsibilities include hiring, training and managing staff, food safety, inventory, scheduling and food ordering. Must have at least 3 years of experience in a fast paced, high volume restaurant. 1 year restaurant management experience is required. Must act professional, be punctual, and team work is a must. - Running the hot line. Preparing and making sauces, appetizers, entrees and other sushi ingredients.
- Creating and plating orders.
- Communicating with expo, sushi and FOH
