We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative, or CSR to act as a liaison between the Company and the customer to identity and relay their desires throughout the company.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure the accuracy of incoming orders and inquiries
- Keep records of customer interactions, accounts, quotes, price lists, complaints
- The ability to provide appropriate and timely solutions and alternatives
- Communicating and coordinating with manufacturing and sales
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Work with brokers and process export documentation
- Participate and contribute to relevant meetings
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Proven customer support experience with 2 or more years experience
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Computer Skills
- Operating systems (Windows)
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM(Oracle/Netsuite a plus)

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
