Job Summary
This role is a key part of firm’s administrative support team and reports directly to the firm’s Ownership group. The firm and its Owners need help and support so that they can focus on taking care of clients and growing the firm. The primary duty is to provide excellent customer service to our clients. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our client families and prospective clients when they call in and come into our office. Therefore, the Receptionists attire must be professional.

Duties And Responsibilities
Field all incoming firm phone calls
Format and deliver communication within our firm and to our clients including memos, meeting summaries, form letters, bulletins, mass emails, etc.
Maintain order in all client-facing spaces in our office including our lobby and four conference rooms
Assist in planning and coordinating client events
Assist with basic office administrative tasks including maintaining order in the copy room and staff kitchen, verifying and putting away orders, etc.
Perform all job functions in accordance with our firm’s CORPS Values: Communication, Ownership, Relationships, Proactivity, Standards

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
