```Duties```
- Diagnose and repair various types of electronic equipment, including computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones
- Perform hardware and software troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues
- Provide technical support to customers both in-person and over the phone
- Conduct field service visits to customer locations for on-site repairs and installations
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, including parts used and work performed
- Keep up-to-date with the latest operating systems and software updates
```Experience```
- Previous experience in equipment repair or technical support is preferred
- Familiarity with Windows, Mac OS, iOS, and other operating systems
- Knowledge of computer hardware components and their functions
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and diagnose issues
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner
- Experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus
