RevDynamic Services LLC is expanding, and we are looking for a qualified candidate to join our company as a Portfolio Sales Manager.
RevDynamic Services Background and Scope of Service:
RevDynamic Services is a private company that provides revenue management, sales, and operational services to its clients. We work with multiple hospitality brands including IHG®, Best Western®, Choice®, Wyndham®, and others. After more than 30 years in the hospitality industry and working with several brands, we began our private endeavor in 2020 with the goal of providing our clients with the level of service we expected throughout that time. Our rapid growth is a tribute to the quality of the personalized services we provide for every client to help them achieve their revenue goals.
Work from home:
This is a salaried position. Training and periodic meetings will take place in-person, typical day-to-day will be virtual/remote. A quiet place with reliable internet service is required for the position.
What you will do:
This role will be responsible for providing sales support and services to a portfolio of hotel clients.
Job Description:
- Key Job Functions
- Perform proactive and reactive Sales activities which will include account procurement and management, driving lead generation initiatives including prospecting and email marketing, performing regular sales calls, and tracking sales activities.
- Define clear sales and revenue generating goals for each client.
- Collaborate with General Manager, ownership group, Revenue Manager or designated staff to ensure clear expectations and progress is communicated.
- Conduct sales progress meetings with each client. Attend revenue management meetings as required.
- Complete all training requirements for certification and compliance per company, hotel, and Brand standards.
- RFP Support
- Respond and track all RFP leads that are generated through hotel and brand portals in a prompt manner to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Complete all necessary hotel content updates in RFP portals.
- Fulfill all Brand requirements for content updates and submission.
- Investigate, propose and submit business cases to meet required due dates.
- Group Support
- Respond to all group leads in a timely manner, providing any requested information, proposals, contracts, confirmation of bookings, and required follow-up.
- Ensure group inventory and cut-off dates are managed according to demand
- Input group blocks, rooming lists, and payment information as required.
- Lead Prospecting
- Follow up on all leads provided by the hotel.
- Investigate leads using all resources provided by the hotel, company and brand.
- Ensure contact with potential customers is made in a timely manner.
- Conduct phone and email sales activities as outlined in contract with hotel.
- Track prospecting in provided CRM
- Establish and maintain relationships with current and future account contacts.
- Hotel Team Support
- Provide sales insight and support to designated hotel staff
- Assist properties with Sales strategies.
- Create, track, and review LNR accounts.
- Keep all necessary parties fully informed of Group and LNR procurement, changes, or problems.
- Accountability
- Ensure all duties and responsibilities are conducted as detailed in service contract with hotel clientele.
- Prepare Owner report detailing sales activities and revenue generation statistics in a timely fashion, as required by service contract.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience on-property sales experience or equivalent.
- Preferred experience working with major hotel brands, such as IHG, Choice, Wyndham, Marriott, Hilton or Best Western.
- Preferred multi-property and Brand experience.
- Preferred knowledge of hotel and Brand PMS systems and portals, Sales lead portals, and CRM tracking systems.
- Preferred remote work experience.
- U.S. Work Authorization (required)
Requirements:
- Ability to effectively communicate in writing, verbally and through video conferencing.
- Strong understanding of how hotel Operations and hotel Revenue Management fit into Sales efforts and results.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work from home uninterrupted.
- Quiet, well-lit, clutter free work environment equipped with a desk and internet.
- Self-starter with excellent work ethic, salesmanship, interpersonal, and communications skills.
- Adaptable in rapidly changing business. Excellent multitasking skills.
- Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office and Zoom
- Ability to work independently and deliver the highest level of results to our partners.
- Attend any company or brand required training.
- Minimal travel will be required.
