We are currently seeking a friendly and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Receptionist. Responsibilities:
As a Part-Time Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your primary duties will include:
Answering Phones:
- Answering and directing incoming calls promptly and courteously.
- Taking accurate messages and ensuring timely delivery to the appropriate staff member.
- Providing basic information to callers and directing them to the correct department or individual.
- Tidying Up Conference Rooms:
- Ensuring conference rooms are clean, organized, and ready for meetings.
- Arranging chairs and tables as needed.
- Restocking supplies such as notepads, pens, and water.
- Taking Out the Trash:
- Emptying trash bins from restrooms and kitchen daily.
- Ensuring that all trash is disposed of properly and timely.
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in these areas.
Hours: 12pm-5pm. Salary commensurate with experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle a busy environment.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
