The Escrow Accounting Assistant is responsible for providing clerical support to the Escrow Administrative Office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Reconcile multiple bank accounts daily
- Research and resolve top sheet items
- Process wires, verifying accuracy of all information
- Verify and make good checks from closings
- Review and follow up on the Outstanding Check list
- Evaluate escrow files for Reissue Premium and Recent Transfer Credits
- Process Premium Refunds monthly
- Track long term escrow balances

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree and CPA required.
