The Collision Estimator is responsible for managing all crucial aspects of the day-to-day operations of their assigned Vehicles in conjuncture with the insurance carriers. Properly written estimates that reflects OEM procedures is a must.
Maintaining and managing A/R for your repairs.
Proper adherence and embodiment of our Core Values is non-negotiable.
Key Performance Outcomes:
- Maintain customer service metrics with a minimum 4.4 cumulative star score on Google
- Plus 47% Gross Profit per month
- Able to produce 150k-175k in sales a month effectively or more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper repairs of ALL vehicles utilizing OEM repair procedures only with NO alternative part usage
- Maintain all OEM certifications and OEM relations
- Manage self A/R
- Maintain profitability through proper management of revenue, gross profit, and cost control
- Utilize established best practices as outlined by management
- Constant communication with insurance carriers and customers
- Vehicles are delivered by completion date
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Core Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
- Manage all assigned repair plans with customers as well as insurance carriers
- Deliver a Top-Notch product to the customer to ensure a customer for life
Qualifications:
- 1-2 plus years of prior industry experience or Bachelors Degree in business management
- Historical overperformance compared to peers
Job Expectations: proper management of ALL vehicles allocated to one’s self. Estimates and supplements uploaded in a timely manner. Quality inspections are required prior to delivery. Proper photo documentation of in process repairs.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
