Our medical practice is looking for two energized full-time Medical Office Assistant as a part of our dynamic and innova tive administrative healthcare team. This position principally serves as a front desk patient intake and reception, chart preparation, insurance verification and other Medical Office Assistant duties at either of our Albuquerque or Rio Rancho locations.

Qualifications and Skill Sets:
Must be a graduate of an accredited Medical Office Assisting program.
Minimum of three years of experience as a medical receptionist in a medical practice, or in a hospital setting.
Strong computer skills, and an understanding of Electronic Health Record systems. Strong working knowledge with office software applications (Microsoft Office) and e-mail (Outlook / Gmail).
Demonstrated skills in coordination and facilitation of scheduling.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
