- Liaises with fleet managers, vendors and manufacturers to ascertain the most effective resolution to department issues
- Displays expert knowledge in all areas fleet management services.
- Conducts Client, Prospect, and Vendor Visits and Presentations regarding the Maintenance Programs.
- Oversees FMS participation in Maintenance Program Implementation.
- Manages OEM Open Recall Data Trade process - Manages Vehicle Manufacturer provided Maintenance Programs.
- Travel as required to Clients, Vendors, Seminars, Training, etc.
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
Education and/or Training:
- BS/BA or equivalent combination of education and experience in Fleet Management and Automotive Industry.
Relevant Work Experience:
- Must have Car and Truck mechanical and technical knowledge.
- Understanding of vehicle repair shop, garage and fixed operations is an asset.
- Systems and IT background/understanding is required.
- Overall knowledge of truck and automotive products, maintenance and repair processes and associated expenses is required.
- Extensive knowledge of Holman systems required.
- Must be able to travel to client, prospect and vendor locations, including overnight accommodations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
