Responsibilities
- Participate in team meetings and team training
- Host open houses
- Follow-up with leads to increase sales
- Participate in team marketing efforts and events
- “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
- Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
- Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
- Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
- Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
- Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities

Qualifications
- Be ready to devote a full-time effort to growing your real estate career (We are not accepting part-time agents)
- Prefer some real estate experience
- Be a team player
- Have excellent communication skills and an ability to network to build your business
- Past sales experience is preferred
- Self-motivation and drive
- Technology-driven
- Great communication and social skills
- Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
- A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
- Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
- Tech savvy
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
