We’re looking for a Sr. Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join our PharmScript team within our Finance department. As a Sr. Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst, you will report to the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis and work with and interact with company leaders on a regular basis. You will be responsible for executing an extensive range of analytical, financial, and strategic responsibilities and projects to support our general corporate growth initiatives, including financial planning and forecasting, financing, and capital allocation analyses. In this position, you will work with the executive management.
The ideal candidate is a person who enjoys troubleshooting and resolving problems and is dedicated to helping customers. For you, no task feels too small and no challenge impossible. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Own all financial models across the company including operating forecast, weekly cash forecast, weekly flash and acquisition models including preparation, modification, and refinement with the objective of communicating to executive management the near-term expectations of financial performance in all environments
- Organize a formal Financial Planning and Analysis process directed identifying opportunities for better performance, cost optimization, and improved gross profit
- Analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large data sets, develop actionable insights, and ability to explain such information simply to key stakeholders
- Performing ad hoc analysis where required to assist in management decision making
- Management of a database that contains financial records and statements
- Responsible for Revenue, COGS, and Gross Profit forecasting and analysis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required; MBA preferred
- Three to five years of experience in finance, accounting, and data analytics
- Experience supporting pharma, manufacturing, distribution services preferred
- Strong experience in working as a business partner in delivering better decision support and enabling strategic initiatives which help to improve organization financial performance.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
