Sales Manager Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Initiatives:
Plan and execute local marketing campaigns to promote the restaurant and attract customers.
Utilize social media and other digital platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and advertising strategies.
Operations Management:
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and profitable restaurant performance.
Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
Schedule staff shifts and manage labor costs to align with budgetary goals.
Customer Service:
Ensure exceptional customer service is always provided, addressing customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications:
Experience:
