We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Secretary to join our team. As an Office Secretary, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent phone etiquette, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Manage office calendars and schedule appointments
- Assist with data entry and document preparation
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Coordinate meetings and conference calls
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required
-Register and Transfer Vehicle Titles upon the purchase vehicles
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience working as a personal assistant is a plus
-DMV Experience is a plus, but not required. Training provided.
