Leading Network Support firm is looking for a full-time Accounting Clerk who loves digging into detailed work that can help our Financial Service Department, process, and issue accurate billing every month in a timely manner. Experience in accounts receivable/ payables and consistent follow up is preferred. Job seekers should have at least 2 years of accounting experience, be meticulous and organized, great communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Job Duties Includes but not limited to:
- As the Administrative Assistant to the Accounting and Purchasing Department you will be responsible for clerical tasks to ensure the staff can communicate and work efficiently. Answering phone calls, setting up client meetings, distributing mail, and preparing communications and other task that my arise.
This position does have the potential to turn into to full time remote.
