Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial acumen (preferably with Real Estate knowledge) balance sheet reconciliation, journal entries, and cash flow analysis.
Duties:
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy
- Handle debits and credits accurately
- Assist in financial statement preparation
- Conduct cash flow analysis and provide insights
- Execute journal entries and maintain financial records
- Support corporate finance activities
- Collaborate with internal teams for financial reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role
- Proficiency in financial statement preparation and analysis
- Excellent understanding of debits, credits, and journal entries
- Ability to perform balance sheet reconciliations accurately
