Position Summary:
The Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for effectively recruiting top clinical and non-clinical talent for Athletico, including planning and implementing creative strategies to ensure staffing needs are fulfilled quickly and efficiently with quality hires. This role will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop workforce planning initiatives and develop strong pipelines to reduce time to fill for all positions. The Sr. TA Specialist is accountable for managing positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders as well as providing best practice advice to attract and retain talent and build the Athletico employer brand.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Subject matter expert for current TA processes. Identifies process efficiencies and makes recommendations for ongoing improvement

Manages recruitment procedures, processes and techniques for Resource Center and/or field positions

Establishes and maintains partnerships with hiring managers to identify hiring needs & quality candidates

Manages full life-cycle recruitment process for experienced clinical candidates

Plans and implements innovative, creative and pro-active sourcing strategies to develop high quality active and passive candidate pipelines

Evaluates various recruitment sources, such as social media, internet job boards or professional organizations and publications. Analyzes recruitment trends and prepares appropriate reports to assist in formulating recruitment strategies

Researches workforce trends and innovative recruitment techniques

Provides best practices and knowledge sharing across the team

Attends career fairs and other recruitment events

May serve as a Team Lead for field partners and Talent Acquisition team members

May lead intervention meetings with field and Talent Acquisition partners, as appropriate, to understand local recruiting challenges and identify countermeasures

Develop and maintain professional relationships with colleges & universities and diverse professional organizations

Review results of background checks and communicate issues accordingly

Oversee maintenance of Company ATS and Onboarding system

Counsel and educate hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and system tools

Ensure that recruitment and employment activities are in compliance with government regulations

Manage special projects as needed

Qualifications:

Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required.

Work Experience:
-
4 years of experience in Human Resources or related field

Recruitment and direct sourcing or equivalent experience within the Healthcare industry required / Physical Therapy preferred

Knowledge and Technical Skills:

Expert knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

In-depth knowledge of job market, current trends and sourcing strategies

Strong understanding of the principles, practices and procedures related to recruiting and onboarding
Language Skills:

Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently
