CNG PROCESSING CREW LEADER
This position will work 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off schedule in Orla, TX .
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Liberty Power Innovations CNG Crew Leader. As an experienced leader in compressed natural gas supply, field gas processing, and well site fueling, we invite you to consider this exciting opportunity. This position involves overseeing the training and guidance of our LPI Equipment Operators, regular communication with our customers, and ensuring the smooth operation of our compressor stations and job locations.
WHAT IS LIBERTY POWER INNOVATIONS (LPI):
Liberty Energy recently launched Liberty Power Innovations (LPI), a provider of integrated alternative fuel and power solutions focusing on compressed natural gas supply, field gas processing, and well site fueling. We are at the forefront of the oilfield’s shift from diesel to clean natural gas, utilizing our suite of digiTechnologies to generate electricity remotely.
COMPENSATION:
Range: $105,000 - $135,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES YOU’LL OWN:
- Strategic Training Leadership: Own the training and guidance of LPI Equipment Operators, ensuring a skilled and cohesive team.
- Efficient Loadout Management: Supervise the loadout of equipment for the job, optimizing efficiency and readiness.
- Dynamic Crew Management: Lead and manage the field crew, fostering their progression and coordinating operations both in the field and at compressor stations.
- Proactive Communication: Regularly communicate with LPI District Manager, Frac Crews, Maintenance Team, Customers, and Logistic Coordinator to ensure smooth and complete operations.
- Safety Advocacy: Lead safety meetings, identify risks, and ensure compliance with safety procedures, creating a secure work environment.
- Precise Documentation: Complete service orders and job-related paperwork accurately, contributing to seamless operations.
- Equipment Excellence: Operate and maintain specialized CNG equipment according to service operating procedures, ensuring optimal performance.
- Regulatory Compliance: Perform duties in compliance with customer/company policies and procedures, meeting industry regulations and standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively complete non-conformance reports, identifying lessons learned, and driving continuous improvements.
- Quality Enhancement: Utilize competency processes to enhance service quality, ensuring excellence in every aspect.
- Certification Management: Ensure all certifications are active and up-to-date, reflecting commitment to industry standards.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Maintain a class A CDL with HAZMAT preferred.
- Must possess CNG certification from the Railroad Commission of Texas.
- Experience in compressed natural gas supply, field gas processing, and well site fueling.
- Knowledgeable in all CNG equipment, tools, and services offered in the districts.
- Understanding of field gas treating and processing equipment.
- Proficiency in natural gas composition, gas quality, measurement facilities, and gas treatment equipment.
- Familiarity with DOT regulations regarding tractor and trailer operations.
- Capable of performing all CNG-related tasks as needed.
- Knowledgeable about Company policies and HSE standards.
WORKING CONDITIONS/ENVIRONMENT:
- Operates in a professional and/or business casual office environment.
- Routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, photocopiers/scanners, and smartphones.
- Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
