Job Description:
The Restaurant Multi-Unit Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of restaurant operations across several locations. This includes strategic planning, team management, sales performance, inventory control, and compliance with all health and safety regulations. The Multi-Unit Manager will work closely with restaurant managers to optimize financial performance and guest satisfaction, ensuring brand consistency across all units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Ensure that all restaurants operate efficiently and effectively, maintaining high standards of food and service quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement business strategies to increase profitability and efficiency across all locations. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to recommend adjustments to operational practices.
- Financial Management: Oversee financial aspects, including budgeting, sales forecasting, and P&L management. Implement cost control measures to maximize profits while maintaining quality standards.
- Team Leadership and Development: Hire, train, and manage restaurant managers and key personnel. Provide leadership, motivation, and support to all employees, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Performance Management: Regularly evaluate restaurant performance against company goals, providing guidance and support to improve outcomes. Conduct operational audits and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure all locations comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Oversee quality control measures to uphold the brand’s reputation for high standards.
- Customer Relations: Enhance customer satisfaction by promptly and effectively handling all customer feedback and complaints. Maintain high levels of guest service across all operations.
- Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and new product roll-outs. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred.
- At least five years of management experience in a multi-unit restaurant environment.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial planning.
- Excellent leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team.
