We are looking for a creative and adaptable marketing executive who will be responsible for leading our in-house marketing team and building and maintaining a strong and consistent brand through both online and offline marketing channels.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee in-house marketing team
- Lead Generation
- Deploy successful digital marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Regularly analyze marketing reports & traffic data to understand shifts in consumer behavior
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
- Company website content and SEO strategies including creation of copy
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
- Direct social media engagement strategy; help manage content for 2 brands' LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook accounts
- Review and approve ad content/material for both print and digital media
- Proof-reading branded content
- Work cooperatively with other team members, other management, stakeholders, involves others, shares information
- Strong effective leadership
- Builds constructive working relationships with clients/customers, other work units, etc.
Qualifications:
- Must have a history of lead generation as result of marketing efforts
- Must have at least 5 years experience managing an in-house marketing team
- 7 - 10 years of overall marketing management experience, with well rounded experience in marketing
- PPC and Google ads
- Great organizational skills
- Comfort and adaptability to work individually, as well as in team settings
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office & Adobe suites
- Strong knowledge/comfort level with LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media channels
- Good knowledge of market research techniques and strategies
- Comfort with working in a fast-paced environment
- Up to date on latest marketing technology trends

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
