Job Title: Front Desk Agent
Department: Guest Services
We are actively seeking a Front Desk Agent who ensures guest satisfaction and revenue optimization through check in, check out and attentive coordination of hotel services for the guest. The Front Desk Agent works to optimize the guest experience by acting pleasant, professional and efficient. Here at Quality Inn of Bastrop we promote a positive workplace culture and teamwork. Job Duties:
- This position will check-in/check-out hotel guests in a timely and professional manner; and process all payments according to established procedures
- Providing outstanding service to hotel guests by responding promptly and efficiently to requests and complaints
- Manage the registration process
- Communicates with fellow team members on maintenance issues, guest requests, guest complaints and sales leads
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Ability to accurately and efficiently input information into computer systems
- Manage accurate accounting of all rooms
- Adheres to brand standards
