Position: Marketing Manager
Reports To: CEO – Tracey Grace
Location: IBEX Office – Hybrid (Local to Atlanta, GA)
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm EST (Full-Time)
Pay: 60k - 65k
Job Summary: Responsible for leading engagement and reputation programs to build brand awareness, shape perception, generate interest, and influence preference by targeting buyers, customers, and influencers across the globe. The Marketing Manager will create a consistent, recognizable global position for IBEX and its product lines by developing an online and offline content marketing strategy and a comprehensive internal and external communications strategy. The Marketing Manager will gain the respect of the entire IBEX team, vendors, clients, and partners.
Minimum Qualifications (Required):

Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline

Must have the ability to work in the United States

Minimum of 2-4 years of direct work experience managing a variety of marketing projects in the government, technology and/or healthcare industries

Documented experience in KPI tracking and reporting on marketing budgets, campaign performance, and ROI

Able to analyze data and trends to present, discuss and validate revenue opportunities with leadership and sales teams

A results-oriented, solution-focused team player with a problem-solving and positive can-do attitude

Excellent writing and editing skills to craft messages and headlines, ad copy, effective CTAs, etc.

Strategic rigor, ability to think through and solve complex issues. Experience in developing creative content that aligns with brand strategy

A skilled professional with marketing know-how to plan and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to deliver results and drive business growth

Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing and governance of the brand strategy, including corporate messaging and positioning for IBEX and its product lines

Shape IBEX IT Business Experts and Certifiably Diverse brand identity creating brand and style guidelines, and storytelling strategies and assuring the correct brand usage worldwide

Lead PR, media, and content agencies or contractors, building strong working relationships and acting as a day-to-day liaison

Work closely with the digital marketing team to repurpose content across platforms and social media channels to build brand familiarity and generate demand

Design, develop, and distribute content marketing deliverables, including writing and editing newsletters, blogs, and miscellaneous internal and external communications

Oversee full management of all brand assets for the IBEX product portfolio, including Certifiably Diverse, including managing vendors to collateral, videos, white papers, and other marketing materials

Facilitate brand and community engagement through the use of relevant materials to be used to promote the portfolio. For example, create and distribute relevant and current
