Outside Independent Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
- Identifying potential customers through networking, cold calling, emailing, social media advertising and following leads.
- Arranging meetings with potential and existing customers to present company products.
- Presenting and highlighting our products and key features to prospects to purchase our products through in-home demonstrations.
- Building and maintaining solid working relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Filling out the necessary paperwork, obtaining customers' signatures and processing the payment to complete each sale.
- Promptly and effectively communicating and submitting purchase orders to the relevant department for processing.
- Following up with customers and continuing to always provide excellent customer service.
- Addressing customer concerns and resolving complaints as soon as possible.
- Following up with customers on process of return or cancellation and picking up the goods accordingly.
- Implementing effective sales strategies and goals to continually meet or exceed sales quotas.
Qualifications:
- Honest, social and people person.
- Sales experience preferred but not required as training will be provided.
- Must be minimum of 18 years old and must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customers.
- Willingness to use a personal cell phone.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address client inquiries or concerns.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and time management skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
Note: This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation will be based on commission only. There will be bonuses and promotions opportunities based on performance.

Pay: $15,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
