We're looking for a caring, compassionate experienced professional who is confident and has a strong connection with patients. The position requires checking in on patients and making sure they are comfortable and happy at all times. We're looking for an individual who truly cares about our residents and is committed to making sure they receive the best possible care. This includes taking notes on patient conditions, answering questions from family members, and administering medicine to any patients who need it.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with the patient, their family, and their home care nurses.
- Evaluate the home's living conditions and help to create a plan to improve them.
- Communicate with the nursing home staff to coordinate care of the patient.
- Help set up daily schedules for patients and their families.
- Delegations of medication administrators / medication passers.
- Continued education with care staff within facility.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
