SUMMARY
Idaho Trust Bank is seeking a Teller with amazing customer service skills. As a Teller, you will have an in-depth knowledge of branch operations and customer service. You will be expected to uphold Idaho Trust Banks corporate values, actively participate in company initiatives, be an active member of project teams, and have the drive to continually grow and learn in a forward-thinking company.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide excellent customer service while assisting clients with teller transactions for clients.
- Conduct client transactions proficiently and accurately.
- Establish and maintain professional business relations with clients.
- Perform routine teller transactions proficiently and accurately.
- Follow proper cash handling and teller balancing procedures.
- Provide assistance with account servicing needs.
- Constructively interacts with co-workers, provides coverage and cross training as needed.
- Handle multiple time-sensitive demands accurately.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of the Bank and Client information.
- Participate as a member of a team, assisting in other projects as needed or as assigned.
- Conduct client transactions proficiently and accurately.

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Customer Service experience
- Knowledge of banking regulations and Bank Operations functions is preferred.
- Experience in cash handling and sales
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to use a personal computer, word processing, spreadsheets, and other job - related software programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly.
- Detail oriented.
- Demonstrate integrity, professionalism and dependability
