Our real estate law firm is looking for a full-time Office Assistant/Receptionist to provide administrative support to management. Daily functions include answering phone calls, reviewing voicemails, data entry, auditing billing entries, and performing entry-level accounting and administrative functions.
This position is entry-level and we will train you on all tasks, which may include:
- Answering and transferring calls
- Writing emails
- Performing daily, weekly and monthly tasks independently
- Data entry and record keeping
- Applying payments to invoices
- Sending contracts for services, entering new clients into the system
- Adding/updating contact and billing information in our case management system
- Communicating with clients regarding account and invoice inquiries
- Maintaining confidentiality regarding sensitive information
- Providing administrative support across departments
- Performing all assigned tasks and projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficient in computer programs like Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail, and Microsoft Office
- Able to learn quickly and properly execute instructions
- Able to manage time and meet deadlines
- Able to keep organized and plan ahead while staying adaptable and open to change
- Able to communicate professionally in writing and on the phone
- Pays attention to detail
Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
