**Duties:**
- Assist healthcare professionals in providing direct patient care
- Support individuals with developmental disabilities in daily activities
- Perform phlebotomy procedures as required
- Utilize medical terminology accurately in documentation and communication
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in settings such as ICU and Cerner system
**Requirements:**
- CNA Certification
- Previous experience in assisted living, acute care, or long-term care settings
- Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Ability to phlebotomize and handle medical equipment effectively
- Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation practices
- Knowledge of Cerner system is a plus
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws
