Position: RECON Project Manager

Job Qualifications:
- Three (3) or more years of construction project management experience. *Experience in the restoration, repair, remodeling, and/or insurance industries is preferred.
- Strong customer-service focus and effective written and verbal communication skills to keep customers informed of project status.
- Ability to utilize innovative technology and embrace new processes.
- Building Contractor License (highly preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers during the reconstruction process and maintain frequent and professional communication.
- Maintain detailed and organized schedule for projects.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the restoration and reconstruction processes.
- Effectively manage project budgets while providing exceptional service and value to customers.
- Create and maintain lasting relationships with skilled subcontractors and vendors.
- Utilize innovative technology in the reconstruction process and refine processes to increase efficiency and meet company objectives.
- *Ability to write estimates using Xactimate and/or Symbility software is a plus, but not required.
Team Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary based on experience, plus quarterly bonus structure.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
