General Purpose
The primary purpose of your job is to provide support for Therapy staff for the Net Health system. This position is full-time but will not follow a typical workweek. Your schedule will be 8 hours a day (8AM-5PM PST) Thursday Monday (Tuesdays and Wednesdays will be your days off). You will be under the supervision of the IT Clinical Liaison and Vice President of Compliance Support.
Essential Duties
- Timely addition of new therapy staff in Net Health therapy software system following validation of licensure/OIG clearance.
- Problem solves issues regarding patient charts and escalates items as needed.
- Assists with maintenance of Net Health Therapy software system which includes but is not limited to monthly professional license verifications, OIG check/clearance, status/rate changes with system updates as required.
- Maintain therapy staff payroll information in Net Health therapy software including current status, rate, and Oasis ID.
- Assists facilities to attain/maintain current Student Affiliation Agreements with oversight from team members.
- Assists in compliance by gathering and entering Data on various spreadsheets as directed by regional team.
- Demonstrates effective interpersonal skills and cooperative behavior with other members of the team to achieve maximum operational effectiveness.
- Assists regional team members with tasks as needed.
- Attends team meetings and training programs as directed by supervisor.
- Maintains company and regional clinical team compliance confidentiality.
- Adheres to company dress code for assigned facilities and work environment.
Supervisory Requirements
The position is not a supervisory position.
Qualification
Education and/or Experience
High School graduate. Proficient in computer skills such as inputting data into programs such as Net Health and Point Click Care. Technical support experience preferred.
Language Skills
Excellent attention to detail. Diagnosing and solving complex issues. Ability to read technical procedures. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from regional team members.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
High School graduate.
