Senior/Staff Test Engineer - Semiconductors

Job Description
· Designs, develops and implements cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting analog and mixed-signal power management semiconductor products.
· Responsible for developing test solutions for wafer sort and final test.
· Prepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment and completes the required specifications and procedures for new product development.
· Work with design/DFT/product engineering teams to define ATE test strategy and specifications.
· Work with manufacturing sites to ensure a smooth production ramp, sustaining and continuous improvement of production test.
Experience:
· A minimum of 5-8 years of semiconductor Test Engineering experience with analog-mixed signal products, DFT and test plan responsibility, production support, and new product introduction experience.
· Knowledge of C/C++ is required.
· Ability to work within a cross functional development team
· Strong test development and debug skills on the ATE platform and Teradyne experience is preferred.
· Proficient with schematic and hardware design
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of software and hardware products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and design test strategies
- Perform functional, integration, and regression testing to identify defects and ensure product reliability
- Troubleshoot and debug issues found during testing, documenting and tracking them to resolution
- Fabricate test fixtures and equipment as needed for specific testing requirements
- Conduct system-level testing of electrical systems, including signal processing and SoC (System on Chip) components
- Participate in the design and development of automated test frameworks and tools
- Provide feedback to the development team on product performance and usability
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and concepts
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++ for system design and implementation
- Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD or MicroStation for circuit design and layout
- Familiarity with signal processing techniques and algorithms
- Experience with testing electrical systems, including hardware components and software interfaces

Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
