Elevance Health operates in a Hybrid Workforce Strategy. Unless specified as primarily virtual by the hiring manager, contractors are required to work at an Elevance Health location at least once per week, and potentially several times per week. Specific requirements and expectations for time onsite will be discussed as part of the hiring process. Candidates must reside within 50 miles or 1-hour commute each way of a relevant Elevance Health location.
Associates in these jobs must follow the specific policies, procedures, guidelines, etc. as stated by the Government Business Division in which they are employed. Responsible for developing product marketing strategies and ensuring the marketing strategy aligns with the enterprise-wide strategy.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

Builds market-specific, product-marketing plans. Assists in product pricing assessment and recommendations.
- Serves as a single point of contact on marketing issues and resolution.
- Coordinates the development and review of communication materials with appropriate resources.
- Leads development of marketing collateral to support marketing plans.
- Coordinates with public relations to support marketing initiatives.

Provides leadership and direction to marketing support and creative staff.
- Help the team meet marketing commitments.

Serves as the primary point of contact for clinical & quality business owners -

Collaborates cross-functionally with Project Management, Creative Design, Compliance, and other teams to ensure strategic objectives are met.

Be a trusted thought partner and responsive point of contact for projects, leading proactive, consultative, and effective customer journeys.

Consults with business to determine key communication initiatives and prioritize based on Enterprise, Business Unit and Shared Services goals.

Define the communications strategy ensuring initiatives are measurable and aligned with business goals prior to engaging creative teams or partners to develop materials.

Collect information, plan a course of action, develop the creative brief, and review/approve overall concepts.

Comfortable working with peers to help present to business owners (marketing directors and managers, compliance, etc) as well as enterprise leaders across marketing, strategy, compliance, governance, and finance.

Support the planning and execution of the digital marketing strategy & roadmap while managing partnerships and fostering relationships with key enterprise teams (digital enterprise growth, product strategy, brand, and UX).

Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS degree.

5 years of marketing experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
- Managed care experience preferred.

Medicare and/or Medicaid experience.
