We are presently hiring a Program Administrative Assistant who will support Program Managers. This role assists in coordination of care, support, and other appointments/services, and is responsible for regular contact with direct support staff, participants, families, service coordinators, as well as ongoing progress reports, service documentation, data collection an analysis, and healthcare/medication documentation.

What’s a day look like?

Provides and supports administrative duties to support the program coordinators.

Updating all charts with current documents.
-
Assists Program Coordinators and Program Manager in monitoring and tracking progress on goals and objectives outlined in treatment and support plans- maintaining thorough, accurate, and timely completion of required documentation to meet state regulations and internal policies and procedures.

Supports Program Coordinators in training for all staff in each home to ensure they are knowledgeable on the specific strengths, needs, preferences, and goals of individuals supported. Includes training on how to effectively carry out all treatment and support plans as well as how to complete all required data and other documentation. Ensures all training is documented.

Assists Program Coordinators and Managers review incident reports (IRs), completes investigation and follow-up as needed with staff and person supported.

Ensure timeliness, completeness, and accuracy of all healthcare documentation and records.

Admin work includes assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, planning meetings and taking detailed meeting minutes, developing and maintaining a filing system, ordering office supplies.
How do you qualify?

At least 18 years of age.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

One year or more relevant experience required.

Analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
