Responsibilities:
- Assist with setting up banquet and catering events
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas, including tables, chairs, and linens
- Assist with coffee service and replenishing supplies as needed
- Support bartending staff by restocking bar supplies and assisting with drink preparation
- Assist with food production, including plating and garnishing dishes
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

- Previous experience in a hotel or banquet setting is preferred but not required
Please note that this position may also involve some assistant manager duties, such as supervising staff, managing inventory, or handling customer complaints.
