Christian Medical & Dental Associations, the world’s largest faith-based organization of healthcare professionals, is seeking a full-time Member Experience and Human Resources Specialist. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless experience for CMDA members and providing support to the HR department. The Specialist will process membership applications, manage communications, develop marketing materials, and assist with HR activities, all while upholding CMDA’s Mission, Vision, Values, and Statement of Faith.
Member Experience

Process membership applications daily with accuracy.

Prepare and send new member welcome kits weekly.

Manage and monitors bounced email addresses to be reported and coordinates member follow up to request updated information.

Provide support and backup for preparing and sending member invoices monthly according to set procedures.

Ensure accurate data entry in compliance with CMDA standards.

Work closely with Director of HR and Member Experience to:
- Develop marketing materials to promote CMDA membership and benefits

Develop and conduct activities to recruit, retain and engage CMDA members
-
Develop resources and training materials for CMDA staff to assist with membership recruitment efforts
- Work to reduce barriers to membership to increase membership growth.

Identify opportunities to enhance member benefits and services.

Collaborate on the creation and execution of strategies for print and digital communications.

Responsible for marketing projects content, timelines and deadlines.

Assist with merchandising and marketing for the CMDA Logo Store.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Human Resources
-
Oversee and coordinates volunteer program.

Coordinate volunteer recognition and appreciation events and activities.

Assist with planning and execution of special events and employee recognition.

Provide administrative support to the HR department and answer frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive human resources information.

Oversee bereavement acknowledgments (flowers, donations, etc.).

Perform other duties as assigned.

College degree in marketing, communications, or related field or equivalent work experience
