Job Title: Maintenance Technician Level 3
Location: Piedmont SC
Compensation: $30-$35 per hour plus $1 shift differential
Shift: 1 position on 2nd and 1 position on 3rd

As the company continues to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician Level 3 to join our maintenance department.
Position Overview:
As a Maintenance Technician Level 3, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. You will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting a variety of equipment and systems, including electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to troubleshoot independently and possess expertise in electrical systems, schematics, mechanical/blueprints, pipe/valve technology, hydraulics/pneumatics, inventory control, and sensors.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.- Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
- Conduct inventory control and manage spare parts inventory.
- Utilize knowledge of pipe and valve technology to repair and maintain systems.
- Diagnose and repair hydraulics and pneumatics systems.
- Calibrate and maintain sensors and other monitoring devices.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
- Provide training and guidance to junior technicians when necessary.
- Timely completion of maintenance requests
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Mechatronics graduates are preferred- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot independently and solve complex problems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
- In-depth knowledge of pipe and valve technology, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Experience with inventory control systems and spare parts management.
- Familiarity with sensors and other monitoring devices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Leadership & Project Management skills are desired.
- PLC programming experience is a plus.
