Closets Las Vegas, an industry leader in closets, window coverings and floor coverings, is looking for a front desk receptionist who will be responsible for performing clerical tasks within an office setting to support daily operations. You will greet clients as they come in for their appointments and to facilitate walk-in clients. Must have great computer skills and be able to handle administrative tasks and scheduling of client appointments. Strong organizational skills to keep multiple calendars organized, attention to detail to ensure that all company emails, phone messages, client names and telephone numbers are free of errors.
