The brand marketing manager will develop and promote the implementation of the strategic development plan and actual operation policy of the responsible restaurant project, including the formulation and implementation of the external development plan of the project, as well as the improvement of the performance of the responsible project brand stores to achieve the level of commitment to continuously improve the regional competitiveness and market influence of the brand. The work direction is mainly divided into the maintenance and improvement of the existing restaurant brand operating ability and market influence, and the creation and development of new brands.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Brand Operation Strategy
-Developing the company's development strategy, assist the management in formulating strategic planning and business policies for the development of the projects.
Brand External Development
-New store expansion affairs for old and new brands, market research, site selection, brand design, pre-interior design and decoration, menu development, management team building, and other project planning work and implementation.
Brand Operations
-Attracting new customers through online and offline promotions.
-Enhance repurchases, and constantly shape a better customer experience in terms of cuisine, service, hygiene, environment, and atmosphere to enhance customer stickiness and generate more repurchases.
-Optimize and improve the performance and output of stores in terms of human efficiency, repurchase rate, cost rate, production efficiency, table turnover rate, etc.
-Improve the unit price, from the product structure, menu collocation, recommended sales combination, profit product mix structure, and the development of new products (desserts, drinks, beverages), according to market feedback and product sales to adjust product prices and other aspects to improve the unit price.
-Product enhancement: search for new dishes or cuisine categories with potential value in domestic and international markets and develop and upgrade new dishes together with the head chef.
-Online influence: Promote brand online influence through social media, mainstream media cooperation, brand online activities, etc.
-Offline influence: word-of-mouth marketing, through the store experience optimization, environmental atmosphere, as well as new and old customer groups to create hot spots, the spread of the surrounding business area, to enhance the brand's influence offline.
Branding
-Through thorough market research, research on dining brands that align with the company's development and market demand and are competitive in the market.
-Formulate strategic planning and management policy for new brands.
-Organize the completion of all the preliminary work for the creation of new brands.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree or above in hotel management, business management, marketing or other related majors.
-5+ years of restaurant manager or restaurant-related marketing experience preferred but not required
-Extensive experience in restaurant operation and management.
-Have a deep knowledge of marketing work, strong market perception, and a keen grasp of market dynamics and trends.
-Proficient in office software.
-Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
-The ideal candidate should have integrity, honesty, tenacity, self-confidence, a high work ethic, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and a strong sense of innovation.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
