3rd Shift Rotomold - 10:45pm-7:15am
SUMMARY: Working as a member of a team, assist in the attainment of all rotomold production requirements by learning and following all process steps and requirements necessary to produce parts. Must maintain consistent attendance and have reliable transportation.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Operate and maintain rotational molds and equipment.
2. Accurately measure and pour plastic powder
3. Operate crane, forklifts and hand tools.
4. Demonstrate the basic use of manufacturing tools
5. Inspection of parts to meet quality standards and follow all ISO processes and procedures.
6. Assist in meeting the production requirements for the Department
7. Assist in the reduction of scrap.
8. Understand and complete paperwork accurately and efficiently.
9. Effective communication skills with all Departments
10. Follow daily production reporting procedures.
11. Must keep area neat and clean
12. Adhere and comply to all company safety requirements
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- One to three years manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written or verbal form.
- Ability to read and interpret basic documents, safety rules and other correspondence.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using basic math skills.
- Ability to distinguish colors.
- Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the attendance policy stated in the company’s employee handbook.
- Must be available and willing to work overtime hours as the employer determines is necessary or desirable to meet its business needs.
- Must be committed to a high standard of safety and be willing and able to comply with all safety laws and all of the employer’s safety policies and rules and must be willing to report safety violations and potential safety violations to appropriate supervisory or management personnel.
