Job Function:
Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, employees will need to meet daily production goals while complying with safety processes and procedures. Current positions needing to fill assembly, machine operators, shipping, and frames.
Job Responsibilities:

Able to read a tape measure and cut wood per specifications.

Use manual or power hand tools to perform one or more repetitive production line assembly operations to produce medium-sized, light-weight products.

Select appropriate materials, fittings, and tools for each task.

Unload and stack assembly materials.
-
Ability to quickly sort products while performing inspections to meet quality standards.
-
Work at a steady, rapid pace under close supervision.
-
Using hands, arms and legs in handling, positioning, and moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
-
Promote and maintain a team environment consistent with company values and principles.

Display a willingness and availability to work irregular hours and overtime as needed.

Clean work area daily.
-
Willing to cross-train in different workstations/departments as needed.

Display a positive, “Can Do” attitude – be a change agent.
