Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Area Sales Specialist to provide on-site sales support to assigned dealerships. In this role, you will conduct lot visitations, lead sales workshops, and offer one-on-one training to onboard, train, and motivate sales associates and dealership management. Your ability to present in group settings and work closely with dealership teams will be essential to driving success.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Assigned Area:
- Oversee and support an area comprising 18 to 20 dealership lots.
Personal Lot Visits:
- Visit struggling, assigned, or requested dealerships, as well as new associates and GMs.
- Train, motivate, and observe the level of customer experience in the sales process.
- Provide training on the sales process, prospecting module (CRM system), CX lot sales process, desk setup, telephone techniques, merchandising, detailing, and presenting the dealership.
- Write daily lot visitation reports detailing actions taken during visits to be sent to the Operations Team (AOM/VPO).
- Communicate evaluations of visited lots and monthly sales associate reviews to AOMs and VPOs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and training, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple dealership lots.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales training modules.
