Kelly Inspection Services is a commercial and residential inspection company looking to grow by adding a Brand Ambassador to the team! The Brand Ambassador will assist in building new relationships with our real estate partners and fostering existing successful partnerships, increasing revenue for the company.
Job Description:
The Brand Ambassador will expand our business relationships through outbound calling to prospective realtors, relationship-building with existing realtors and their teams, and set up/conduct in-person meetings with real estate agents.
They will make acquisition and retention calls to real estate agents to hit daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
They will book 1 on 1 appointments for themselves and/or senior team members.
The Sales Representative should be able to make successful, uninterrupted calls and/or in-person visits daily.
Position Duties & Responsibilities:
* Outbound calling
* In person "pop by's" to real estate offices and open houses
* Email correspondence
* Ability to educate others about our services
* Ability to sell services and upsell additional services
* Create sales scripts to aid in the selling of services
* Communicate as a team player within the organization regarding opportunities for improving service, value, and product offerings.
